Dellcourt is one of the 16 states of Arabi. It is one of four island states, with Dellcourt being the only archipelago. It is located north west of the mainland. The name Dellcourt comes from the French word, De la Cour, which means of the court. The state was named after François De la Cour, a French-Arabinian architect who designed a majority of the original buildings on the islands when it officially became a territory of Arabi. It was known as the Territory of the Dellcourt Isle.

Dellcourt is the fifteenth smallest state and the least populous state. Dellcourt's largest city is Phoenix, which is also the state's capital. In 1845, Dellcourt became a territory of Arabi and remained a territory until 1898 when it became the fourteenth state on March 16.
