The Danuta-class is a type of "light frigate" warship designed to meet the needs of the Sieuxerrian Navy to replace the older Le Guyader-class of frigates. It was one of the earliest warships to be purpose produced to reduce RCS as much as possible. It is employed as carrier strike group picket defense, long-range patrols, and as escort for convoys against air, submarine, and surface threats.
