Benardia (Soliçian: Benardie) is a federal territory of Meronnia on the northern Rosel coast of Meridiq. It borders Ras Al-Khaymah to the east and south, the Dominion of Northern Meridiq de facto governed by Winst to the west, and the Rosel sea to the North. Souchon, another overseas territory of Meronnia, is just off of Benardia's northern coast.

With a land area of 397,620 km2, Benardia is the largest territory of Meronnia, and makes up more than half of the Federal Republic's land area. Much of the territory has very low population density, with much of the population living within a few major coastal cities. The majority of Benardia is arid desert, with some areas, particularly near the coast, being semi-arid.

Since 2000, following the results of the Benardia Territory Government Referendum, the Governor of Benardia, appointed by the Meronnian Secretary of the Interior, chairs a Territorial Advisory Council comprised of representatives of local interest groups, though many government services in Benardia are in fact provided by the local governments of the separate ethno-linguistic Communities.
