Skavand, officially the Commonwealth of Skavand, is a sovereign country located in western Europe. It is bordered by Belgium to the west and north, Germany to the east, and France to the south. It's capital Cordonia is the seat of the Judiciary of the United Nations, the highest judicial authority in the UN. Its culture, people, and languages are highly intertwined with the United Kingdom and Germany. It has two official languages: English and German.
