Enrico Bianci was a Zitassan political leader, military general, statesman, and a Founding Father of Zitasso. Born in Semini in 1786 (Renamed Bianci in 1835) a strong Zitassan nationalist he was arrested in 1804 for refusing to be conscripted into the armed forces of Avergnon and started a Zitassan independence group in 1808, which regularly robbed and attacked Avergnonian troops.

In 1822 he was at the Zitassan Independence Consiglio a meeting of Zitassan nationalists wishing for independence from Avergnon, it was there where the four founding fathers of Zitasso united to fight against Avergnon.
