It was farther complicated by that when the final vote totals came to a close the margin of error was around 5% but the Candidate leading at the time [[Sir Michael Berg]] had 49% of the total vote and his comapter having 47%. So a run of election was held in January and [[Pádraig ó Dubhghaill]] mangned to win the heat election. After his 6 years he would decide and not run for a second term.
