Feodor was born on the 15th of December 2003 as the last child of his ailing father during a particularly harsh snow storm in [[Turmonov Castle]] in [[Vilna]]. His mother had been visiting her friend, the Duchess of Vilna, when she had unexpectedly went into labor three weeks early. It was later determined this was caused by the stress of the sudden passing of [[Nicholas II of Velikoslavia|Nicholas II]], her husband. earlier in the day. The [[Duke of Vilna]] sent word to the capital and had castle placed under heavy guard. Feodor was born later that evening at eight o'clock PM local time and named solely by his mother since his father was unable to be present.
