The Espoona Secret Service (ESS or Secret Service) is a federal law enforcement agency under the Espoona Government charged with conducting criminal investigations and protecting Espoonian political leaders, their families, and visiting heads of state or government. The Secret Service is mandated by Parliament with two distinct and critical national security missions: protecting the nation's leaders and safeguarding the financial and critical infrastructure of Espoona. The leader of the ESS is currently Jacob Leiter, having been president Ben Hatly's personal agent for many years. He still holds this role however.
