Volkŝtat (Officially the United State of Volkŝtat) is one of the 14 Federal States of Kaoro. The state is completely surronded by Murzi. Kaoroan is the sole official language. The capital is Mikelo, which is in the costal side of the state. The population is estimated at 620 thousand.
