General elections were held in South Africa on November 3 1962 . They were the Second general elections after California joined the United Australasian Commonwealth following the 1957 Californian referendum. The Republic Party under Nanoka Kiba won a majority in the House of Assembly and Kiba Herself Won Reelection .
