The City-State of Serq'khetyeva, H.C.D. is the capital city of the astropolity known as the Ascendant Syndicated Hegemony of Aoraqet'ya, commonly referred to as just Serq'khetyeva or the Hegemonic Capital District, the city boasts nearly 270 million people. The city itself encompasses the base of Devnostraeva Peak, the tallest mountain on Auracexia Prime, and also a long-dormant volcano.
