The Military Council for Patriotic Reconstruction (abbreviated MCPR) is a rebel group active in the Eosia Islands that is participating in the Eosian Civil War. It is part of the Eosian opposition nominally and is fighting to overthrow the Jacob Natua-led government of Eosia.
