The Robert F. Kearney Building is the headquarters of the Ibravian Department of Justice, constructed between 1935–1939.

The building is located on a trapezoidal lot in the Federal Triangle bounded by Rupierre Avenue to the north, Constitution Avenue to the south, 4th Street to the west, and 3rd Street to the east. It is located west of the Federal Trade Commission Building, east of the Internal Revenue Service Building, north of the National Mall, and south of the ??? Building. The building is owned by the General Services Administration. It comprises five floors and an area of ???, housing the offices for the Department of Justice and Attorney General.
