Celim is a Nelbec clear distilled alcoholic beverage. Different varieties originate from Seketan, Alquiya, and Lormotia. Traditionally it is made from distilling liquids from Nelborne potatoes and grain, with alcoholic content averaging between 30% to 50%. In the Nelbec languages, celim is synonymous with local varieties of vodka and other spirit drinks.
