Springnia officially the United States of Springnia is a country located in North America, bordering Canada by the north and Mexico by the south. The state of Alaska borders the Bering Strait that separates it from Russia. Springnia is formed by 16 states as well as numerous overseas territories. It works as a Federal constitutional republic and its capital is Wellingborough, formerly known as Los Ángeles.
Climate
Part of the territory of Springnia falls in the continental climate (Dsb subtype following Köppen system) with long snowy winters and short dry-hot summers. Rainfall is abundant in autumn and winter to avoid the classification of cold desert climate or steppe climate.
In the overseas territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Samowa) the climate is tropical with warm wet weather all year round.
