Kouanbangui formally the Republic of Kouanbangui is a landlocked country in the precise location of Central Africa, thus it is sometimes known as Central African Republic. The foundation of Kouanbangui is the outcome of a long-timed civil war between tribal factions that resulted in political and democratic instability, being most of the country under control of rebel factions. The territory is divided in 16 prefectures and the capital and largest city is Kouanbangui City.
