Taixing formally the Republic of Taixing is an island country in East Asia, considered a part of mainland China under the system of one country, two systems. In recent years, there have been escalations of tension on the part of both sides. In January 1990, Taixing declared its independence unilaterally and it's not recognized by the most majority of the sovereign countries.
Climate
Most of Taixing, including the capital, is under a humid subtropical climate, with pleasant mild dry winters and warm or hot humid summers. Freezing temperatures in winter are not very common, however, extreme hot temperatures and heatwaves are increasingly common due to the global warming. In the south of the island, there's a tropical monsoon climate, with warm temperatures all year round and abounding rainfall.
