The Act was described as an Act to establish His Majesty's Treasury, Currency and Financial Controls. The Act failed the [[House of Lords]] on the first attempt, on the advice of [[Ulrich Bauheim]] and Charles Wright, as the region would move to a new forum, which was not compatible with the provisions of the introduced Treasury Act 2022. Charles Wright re-proposed the Treasury Act 2022 once it became clear that the move to a new forum would not happen. It passed the [[House of Lords]] on April 16, 2022. It passed the House of Commons, unanimously, a second time on April 17, 2022. Charles (Henry Andrew) Wright PC MP (joined 11 February 2022) is the Speaker of the House of Commons of the Empire of Great Britain, Lord Privy Seal, Member of Parliament for Aberavon, and Editor-in-Chief of the British Broadcasting Corporation.

He previously served as the 17th Prime Minister of the Empire of Great Britain and was Speaker of the House of Commons during the 18th and 19th Parliamentary Sessions. He served as Chancellor of the Exchequer for two consecutive terms and was Director-General of the British Broadcasting Corporation. He also served as Colonel of the Household Division and as First Secretary of State. He served as Member of Parliament in the 18th, 19th and 22th Session. He served as Lord of Parliament and Senior Deputy Speaker in the 18th Session of Parliament. Charles Wright previously founded the Commonwealth Non-Aligned Alliance and was previously affilitated to the British Workers' Party.
