Fillionia

The Kingdom of Fillionia, or Fillionia for short, is a unitary state located in the western part of Pythia with access to the sea. Their closest neighbours are Japuile and Axeut. It was formed in the first millenia, when tribes in the current Fillionia location decided to unite and build a new kingdom. Until the 1537AR it was completely isolated from the world, when Eduardo Rocha, 19th Saint Guardian, and Daniel Reis, king of the Fillionia, decided to finish isolation policy and become public. The current Monarch of Fillionia is Clara Arturiano. The capital of Fillionia is Bluebay.

History

Unity of the tribes

In the tropical lands of western Pythia were living more than 50 tribes, that were fighting with each other. Some of the tribes were ceased to exist, some became very strong. But the most calm tribe, Fillions, decided to put an end to the tribe wars and build a kingdom for all tribes to be happy. It wasn't accepted by everyone, however, when Fillions became more powerful as they have got some allies, those, who wasn't agree, decided to join Fillions, so there won't be any bloodshed. At that time a title of Saint Guardian was born in order to protect every human and symbolize peace between different tribes. And this is how the Fillionia kingdom has been born.

The policy of isolation

As soon as Fillionia Kingdom was born, first king of Fillionia, Gaspar Reis announced the policy of isolation, as it still was clear, that until every tribe won't be happy with other tribes, and the Kingdom's government won't be on the same page with people, any contact with other countries that will see Fillionian instability, can be dangerous. During this period kings of Reis dynasty were building friendly relationships between the tribes in it and after 200 years every citizen was happy enough to be Fillionian. In 1537AR, when the main goal of isolation policy was achieved, Eduardo Rocha, 19th Saint Guardian discussed with Daniel Reis the possibility of ending the isolation policy, and soon enough Fillionia has become a public state.

The Anarchy Period

In the year of 1575AR, Antonio Reis decided to bring the policy of isolation back, because Fillionian people has become more demanding for other nations laws and goods that he didn't want to bring, as he thought that the Fillionian national idea is dying. Eduardo Rocha wanted to talk with the king, however, Antonio Reis didn't want to hear old Saint Guardian, so he imprisoned and then executed, and the Fillionian Church was dissolved. People were shocked by this tyranny and they started a revolt to dethrone Antonio. When at 1576AR Antonio was killed, people thought that it would be good to live by themselves, without government. Until the 1603, people were living in anarchy, without peace and order, educational, cultural, and army level has dropped and powerty has become a casuality. This times were called the Anarchy Period.

Present

People decided to return Monarchy and bring peace back. As the original Reis dynasty was destroyed, a new Monarch was elected via five candidates. Now, current Queen is Clara Arturiano. She returned the Church and appointed new Saint Guardian: it was Davi Matos.

Government

Kingdom of Fillionia is a constitutional and dualistic monarchy, that has it's parlament, called Le Palata. Le Palata was created to bring on new ideas and laws, Monarch - to approve or deny it, and any of Monarch decision should be discussed with Saint Guardian.

Religion

According to the Croetism, official Fillionian religion, the Gods, people from the past and future are among us, however the only people to see them are Saint Guardian and Church workers. Church can help every man, that lost his way in life, simply by asking these unseen people.

Saint Guardian

Saint Guardian is a human, that can see Gods, People That Already Dead and People That Yet To Come. With this power, Guardian travels all over the country and helps everyone that asks for it, both with advice or hands, and if the time comes to protect Fillionia, they are the one to be a leader.

Saint Guardian are made, not born. When kids are going to Kindergarten, Church is looking for someone who is both truthful, brave and calm. When this one boy or girl is found, they teach them the way a Saint Guardian should be, and at the age of 6 they drink a special potion, that allow them see unseen people. If these unseen people allow this child to see them, the potion will work, and if not, child will die. After being judged by the unseen people, this child is announced to become a Saint Guardian, and they start an education process. They study possibly everything to broad the horizons of the Guardian, and also they build connections with one of the Gods so they can accompany them in a fight.

Saint Guardian can't be judged by government, and killing Saint Guardian is a serious crime. There can be only one Guardian at a time, except for the kids that are studying to become one. Saint Guardian can talk with Monarch easily and discuss every possible question together not only because they can talk with unseen people, but also because they know a lot. Saint Guardian can't be used in war for attacking, they are meant to be defenders.
