A dramatéla is a type of long-running serial produced in the Nelbec countries. Despite the portmenteau combining drama and télyvysjon, the genre is frequently characterized by comedy drama, slapstick, alongside melodrama and sentimentality.
The medium emerged during the onset of television in the Nelborne and the aftermath of the Nelborne War. Early dramatéla television was primarily produced in Alquiyan and Seketese, but became widely distributed across Nelbec countries in dubs in both languages alongside regional languages such as Wilsk and Trjebian.
