As soon as Bhattacharyya took power, the communist side started a new armed insurgency against the government, taking several towns and cities under its control. The war between the Bhattacharyya government and communist insurgents lasted until 1962, when Bhattacharyya is kidnapped by a group of insurgents and killed as Dattabarti. The insurgents swore to avenge Dattabarti's death, and they did. The People's Democratic State was restored, and soon the new authorities called for elections for authorities and write a Constitution.

Chandchhari officially the People's Democratic State of Chandcchari is a sovereign country in South East Asia, part of the Indian Subcontinent. Its overpopulation makes it the eight most populated country in the world, and it's ranked fourth as the best economy in the world. It works as an unitary one-party workers' state and it's capital city is Dattajpur. In 1962, it started a bloody communist insurgency against the puppet government of Anil Bhattacharyya, a salesman who was governing together with his family since the independence.

History

Chandchhari's history begins in 1679, when the French occupied what is now Chittagong. At the end of 1679 and the beginning of 1680 they had most of the territory under their control, exercising a protectorate and baptizing it as the French India Company. In later years, the French built schools, churches, and theaters. The idea was to introduce the natives to French ideals and subject them to culture. The first uprising against colonial power occurred in 1702, which was severely suppressed, with several thousand deaths, according to estimates. In 1705, a group of students rose up against the colonial administration and after a few days they allegedly disappeared. It was not until 1933 that the French gave Chandchhari the status of Overseas Territory, granting more civil and political rights to the natives, to try to calm down any attempted uprising. However, in the city of Madras, then under British control, a boy by the name of Sheikh Mujib Dattabarti along with hundreds of other intellectuals created a plan to start a rally in all the British and French colonies in protest against colonial power. Most of these intellectuals were of Marxist-Leninist ideology and aligned with the Awami Party for National Independence. In 1938 they ended the colonial power of the French and British, founding on October 11, 1938 the People's Democratic State of Chandchhari. In 1945, during the Second World War, Dattabarti was assassinated by a far-right insurgent. From there, the businessman Anil Bhattacharyya assumes power together with his family and closest friends, initiating a period of nepotism and corruption. Bhattacharyya was a man recognized by the British, French and Americans, and it is presumed that neocolonialist interests were behind his government. The new constitution guaranteed religious freedom, non-discrimination based on race, creed, gender or economic status. The caste system was abolished and free healthcare and education were guaranteed. The following year, through a law, a promising agrarian reform was carried out, which allowed thousands of peasants to own their land.
