The United Provinces Champions Cup, or Coupe di Campeones, is Gladysynthia's semiannual, domestic professional football tournament officially sanctioned by the Gladysynthian Football Administration (GFA). Historically, it has taken several names, including the "National Cup," "Gladysynthian Cup of Champions," and most previously the "Gladysynthian Provincial Champions Cup." It was rebranded as its current title prior to the 2014 edition of the tournament. The province that is crowned champion hosts the following tournament, including the appointment of the host city for the Final.
Format
The Cup has two main stages. The first takes the form of a round-robin tournament, in which teams from each province play each other once a piece, for a total of six matches per team. The second stage takes the form of a single-elimination knock-out tournament. The top four teams by wins from the first stage are seeded one thru four and play two semifinal matches, the 1st-seed versus the 4th-seed and the 2nd-seed versus the 3rd-seed. The winners of these two matches then play each other in the Final, or Championship Match. Upon becoming the Champion, the winning province becomes the host province for the next Champions Cup.
Trophy
The winning province of each Champions Cup is presented the Oskar D. Anthony Trophy, named after the athlete of the same name, who was influential in the establishment of the GFA throughout its fledgling years. The trophy itself is approximately 33 inches tall and 16 inches at its base, and is made of silver, titanium, and copper, with gold elements.
History
The Champions Cup has been held a total of 30 times, with the most recent tournament being completed in 2018. The table below details the Champion, Runner Up, Final Score, and Host City for every United Provinces Champions Cup Final since the first tournament in 1947.

^^Briefly following Pteranim's Champions Cup win in 2008, the Football Administration of Pteranim voted that all further Champions Cup tournaments hosted by Pteranim would be shared by Heimdahl'ia and Ponamu on a 1;1;2 cycle, with Heimdahl'ia hosting twice and Ponamu hosting once, respectively. This cycle has occurred a total of once since its inception, with Heimdahl'ia hosting the 2010 and 2016 tournaments and Ponamu most recently hosting the 2018 tournament.
^^^The United Provinces Cup of Champions was not held from 1954 - 1968 due to the Gladysynthian Civil War.
