The Ríogan Intelligence and Security Directorate (RISD) (Gaelic: Ríogan Stiúrthóireacht na Neamhbhaolagus agur Faisnéise), referred to informally as Solais, is the national intelligence agency of Gaellicia. Described as a 'super agency', the Directorate oversees all intelligence collection and analysis for the Ríoghachd both foreign and domestic. The Directorate receives very little oversight from the civilian government of Gaellicia. Instead, the Directorate reports directly to the Ríog.

The Directorate was officially formed on 1 May, 1960 from the amalgamation of a number of previously independent and specialized agencies.
