Born to Fer Alchar Salle, the second Fer Salle in the Dynasty of Nineteen Seventy-Three, in 1980, Salle mostly grew up in rural Siracea. After completing his compulsory education, he gained a university degree, in journalism, in 2001. After this, he travelled the world, walking from Torsvilo to Lisbon in a year and then from Torsvilo to Hanoi in two years.
