The State of Arthulia is a huge, safe nation located in the Arctic region of Novaterra, with its capital city located in Vustok. It is ruled by Reetta Kirsti with a fair hand, and it is known for its' harsh climates, its unlimited-speed roads, and its tight regulation of foreign companies. The average income tax rate is 51.7%, and even higher for the wealthy. The national animal is the Emperor Penguin. It is also known for the large civil rights and political freedoms, even while being under the same party ever since the Arthulian Revolution. The Economy has been recovering since the end of the Unification Wars.
