The 2019 U.S. T-1 Open Championship will be the 49th U.S. T-1 Open Championship, held June 6-9, 2019 at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda Maryland. This will be the second time the course has hosted the championship, the first being in 1976. It is the second major of the T-1 Tour season.

Maintaining with T1GF tradition, the course will be shortened from a par 71 to a par 70 to accommodate the wants of the Federation.

The following qualification criteria were used to select the field. Each player is listed according to the first category by which he qualified with additional categories in which he qualified shown in parentheses.
1. Last 10 U.S. T-1 Open Champions
2. All former T-1 Players Champions
3. Last 10 Augusta Invitational Champions
4. Last 10 T-1 British Open Champions
5. All T-1 Tour Champions
6. 15 low scorers and ties in the 2018 U.S. T-1 Open
7. Top 60 in points at the end of the T-1 ASICS Championship
