Njarjana Maa (Naanets: Naljaꜧ harad), is an industrial city in northern Poicary situated on the contested border of the Aitic Union. The population was estimated at 611,405 in the city core. The city includes the largest concentration of Naanetsit people in Regnum, who make up approximately 60% of the population. The city was administered by the Aitic Union until 1992, when it was captured by Poicary following the Battle of Njarjana Maa, although the Aitic Union has never acknowledged Poicarian ownership of the city.

The city remains a flashpoint between the two rival powers, and is the centrepoint of an ongoing Insurgency, between various anti-Poicarian militia groups and local police and military forces.

Njarjana Maa is located upon the largest nickel deposit on earth, thus making the site a critical piece of economic and resource infrastructure for both the Poicarian and Aitic governments. Despite unrest and the looming threat of war, Norilsk remains a hub of smelting, mining and refining of nickel and other heavy metals.
