James Lewis Sutton (born March 28, 1973) is an Amarian politician who is the 31st and current president of the Federal Provinces. A member of the Progressive Party, he previously served as a senator representing Michewa from 2016 to 2022 and as an Michewa state senator from 2008 to 2016. Sutton was elected over the Federalist nominee Steven Marshall in the presidential election and was inaugurated on February 12, 2022. Taking office at age 49, Sutton is one of the youngest presidents in Federal Provinces history and the first from Michewa.
