The Three Domes Defence Policies (三つのドーム防衛政策, Mittsu no Dōmu Bōei Seisaku) refers to a defense policy and defense systems created and developed by the Organization of Shinkei with the help of the Shinkei Regional Control Army. The Policies include three defense systems, the first being the Petal System (花弁系, Hanabira-kei), which extends from the Organization's contiguous sea to around 70 to 80 nautical miles using the Shinkei Regional Control Navy. The second system is the Root System (根系, Kon-kei), extending from the mainland of the islands and the Organization-controlled zones to the territorial sea. The third and final system is the "Sakura System" (桜系, Sakura-kei), covering all of the land mass of the Organization.
The Policies cover external policies to weapon development, all of which are maintained by both the SRCA and the Shinkei Research Group. The Policies also made the SRCA an intimidating presence in regional affairs, posing as a military powerhouse to fence off outside influence.

The Petal System is the first Dome of the Policies, the system of naval and air strategic defense systems. The system is managed by the Navy and the Air Force of the SRCA, forming the Shinkei Petal Corp. The Corp has a large collection of weapons to utilize, from anti-air systems to hybrid weapons. The Petal System is considered the most important and most powerful out of the three systems as they pose as the first line of defense and acts as a show of force. Alongside the maritime boundaries, the SRCA had also established many military bases in the event of any conflict. The Organization has developed many military bases in the Frigid Ocean equipped with warships, missiles, and strategic bombers as a deterrent and to achieve full spectrum dominance in case of a sudden attack. The system is, currently, administered by Hidehoki Yazuki, a lieutenant of the SRCA's Navy.
Currently, there have been no forces able to penetrate the system. With hourly routine checks by a large force, the system is invulnerable to any kind of outside attack.
