Albert H. Montpelier (born 25 March 1954) is a Vannoisian-Ordennyan politician and businessman, currently serving as Secretary of State for Federal Affairs & Communities. He previously served as Deputy Leader of the Green Party for 21 years between 1995 and 2016, resigning to contest the party leadership, but finished third to Niamh Cooper. Previously a municipal councillor for the Conservative Party, he is regarded as the main figure of the centre to centre-right Green conservatism current within the Ordennyan Green Party.
