Harvey Fernando Guinto (born Ferdnando Guinto Jr.; 3 March 2020 - 7 July 2082), also known as the Mountain Owl, was an American-Fallen politician, political activist, businessman, shipping executive, and media proprietor who served as the 2nd president of Heavenfall from 2180 until his death in 2182. He previously served as the executive chairman of Green Valley Corporation, the world's then-largest shipping and navigation services company, and he founded Green Peak Media, which would later be aquired by Green Valley.
