The 2019 U.S. T-1 Open Championship will be the 49th U.S. T-1 Open Championship, held June 6-9, 2019 at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda Maryland. This will be the second time the course has hosted the championship, the first being in 1976. It is the second major of the T-1 Tour season.

Maintaining with T1GF tradition, the course will be shortened from a par 71 to a par 70 to accommodate the wants of the Federation.
