Nikolai Vladimirovich Ubotrov (6 July 1959 - 17 September 2022) was an Beleroskovian politician who served as the 4th President of Beleroskov from 2000-04, and again from 2008 until his death in 2022. Before assuming the Presidency in 2008, he was a independent politician and BIC officer. Ubotrov was born in Koyevka and studied law at Koyevka State University, graduating in 1975.
