Admiral Olof Viktor Stefan Troels Thörnell (25 June 1900 - 27 August 1979) was an Ordennyan statesman and naval officer, who served as the ninth President of Ordennya between 1960 and 1978. He first came to popular attention for his involvement in the 1930 assassination of Christian Strömberg and the subsequent restoration of Ordennyan democracy. He was appointed Minister of Defence and Commander-in-Chief of the Ordennyan Armed Forces in the coalition government that formed in the aftermath, serving until the full restoration of civilian government at the 1935 general election.
