Penguin City, officially the Republic of Penguin City is a city-state in Realms several kilometres off the Lower New York Bay. It is unique in its universe in that its population almost entirely consists of different species of sentient penguins and that the entirety of its territory is situated in a Gradient.
Etymology
Penguin City is named after its penguin population.
