Giancarlo Arturo Dinaletti, otherwise known as John Dean, is a Vitosian film director. He is most known for being a pioneer for action movies around the world as well as directing and writing the film noir classics, The Marconi Chronicles, which had one of the most influential characters in cinema history, Detective Angelo Marconi (as played by J. Raimundo Linvey). He was 26 when he directed his first film, Son of the Goddess.
His wife, Vera Sommer, was an actress in many of his films. Sadly, she died in 1975.
