It finds its origin on the 24th of January, 1957 as a Vesite resistance force within the Péninsulaire Empire. Decades prior, on the 29th of June, 1934, La Ves and other entities were conquered by the empire, approximately 17 years after the First Fusean Empire collapsed. During the time as a resistance movement (approximately 66 years), it helped organize many protests and terrorist attacks against Péninsulaire interests. Being thus labeled as a terrorist organization, it entered into near daily combat with the empire 3 years into its creation, 1960. During the final years of the empire, resistance forces managed to weaken Péninsulaire grip enough, and formed a resistance coalition in 2017. At this point, the organization restructured itself into the Armed Forces of La Ves, when the government of La Ves (the city) declared its independence. This ensued a 6 year war, only ending when the empire collapsed due on itself, marking the official date of La Ves’s formation. As a result, a majority of the equipment in Vesite use comes from the Péninsulaire Empire. And, as another result, it allowed La Ves a strong grip over its fellow newfound states, and subjugation of them. | ||
