In peacetime, each mechanized maneuver divisions (1st to 5th Divisions) operate 1 brigade containing:

  • x1 Air Defence Regiment
  • x1 Aviation Regiment
  • x1 Support Regiment

Each infantry divisions (6th to 8th Divisions) consists of 1 brigade containing:

  • x3 Mech. Infantry Regiments
  • x1 Armoured Company
  • x1 Artillery Regiment (Each with x4 Artillery Battalions)
  • x1 Air Defence Battalion
  • x1 Aviation Regiment

In peacetime, a division contain 8,000 to 9,000 troops. Under wartime, each divisions would increase its brigade numbers to 2 or 3 and would contain 20,000 troops.

Each Support Regiment contains:
  • x1 Recon Company
  • x1 Combat Engineering Battalion
  • x1 Signal Battalion
  • x1 CBRN Company
  • x2 Maintenance Battalions
