Samui, officially the Province of Fachi is one of the 15 Tayichian territorial subdivisions of the highest order, covering 17,801 square kilometers (6,873 sq mi), the fifth smallest overall, and the third smallest out of the Provinces. It has a population of around 8.3 million, the second highest.
