Gevurah (Chinese: 格乌拉 Géwūlā), also known by her title, The Archon of Destruction (驱逐舰 统治者 Qūzhújiàn Tǒngzhìzhě) or simply The Destroyer, is an upcoming boss in Realms of the Multiverse. As a cosmic entity, her role is to watch over the borders of the multiverse to take on external threats and euthanise dying universes so their energies can be recycled and used to create new ones. Like her fellow Archons, she is genderless, but is referred to in female pronouns because of her human form.
Design
In her human form, Gevurah appears as a Chinese woman of average height and build in her twenties with long, wavy, brown hair parted in the middle and black lines under her eyes, giving the impression of tears. She wears a white dress slightly above the knees in this form.
As a handgun, Gevurah shares superficial similarities to a revolver, with an orb of shifting colours where her cylinder should be. She is predominantly white in colour, with some parts of her being gold instead.
Personality
Gevurah is a dutiful being who takes her responsibilities seriously to the point of seeming cold or even cruel, both as the Demiurge's enforcer and the leader of her army, and later, as the Archon of destruction, proven in her willingness to fight and possibly kill her sisters. Despite her seeming uptightness and her use of archaic language in her speech, she does not care for honourifics, both when being referred and when referring to others, considering them beneath a cosmic being such as herself ever since she defected against her creator. She rarely shows emotions, often wearing a blank expression, if not a stern and serious one.
Weaknesses
As a divine being, Gevurah can be harmed by weapons and ammunition made of Soul Stone.
Creation and conception
In addition to the concept in Kabbalah, Gevurah was partially inspired by the Anti Monitor from DC Comics. However, RMD wanted to have a personification of destruction that was amoral, or at least seemed so instead of an outright malevolent entity. Ulquiorra from Bleach was also a partial inspiration for her.
