The House of Delegates is the unicameral legislature of the Kingdom of Æthele. It has power to legislate in a wide range of areas that are not explicitly reserved to the King. It is located in the Drihtsele in Æthele's capital city, Edmond. It is the largest legislature in Ajax, with 1939 seated delegates. The Districting Law of 1866 requires a delegate to be appropriated "per every 5,600th person" in the country. The law has failed to be amended over time and despite attempts as recent as 2009 to curtail the size of delegates in the House.
