The Madorian Administrative Service (Spanish language: Servicio Administrativo de Madora; ADMA) is the national civil service and arm of the Madorian General Services, responsible for the public administration, public policy, and public services of the ministries and agencies of the Government of Costa Madora. It is headed by the Cabinet Secretary, currently Hermine Sánchez, who is the most senior civil servant.

National civil servants report to the ADMA through their respective Secretary of State, and are accountable to the National Assembly of Costa Madora through their respective minister. Provincial and local civil servants report to the Cabinet Secretary of their province.
