The '''Salacian Naval Crisis''', also known as the '''February Crisis''' was a 9-day confrontation between the governments of [[Gristol-Serkonos]] and the [[Zacapican|United Zacapine Republics]]. The crisis was a culmination of the two governments' competing interests in the Salacian Ocean and the Malaio-Ochran region. The Gristo-Serkonan government also opposed the joint Zacapine-Wazheganon military installation in Winivere Bay, concerned that the ongoing dynamics in the Northeast Norumbian region would be altered with the Zacapine entry.


In peacetime, a maneuver division contain 8,000 to 9,000 troops. Under wartime, each maneuver divisions would increase its brigade numbers to 2 or 3 and would contain 20,000 troops.
