The '''Salacian Naval Crisis''', also known as the '''February Crisis''' was a 9-day confrontation between the governments of [[Gristol-Serkonos]] and the [[Zacapican|United Zacapine Republics]]. The Gristo-Serkonan government also opposed the joint Zacapine-Wazheganon military installation in Winivere Bay, concerned that the ongoing dynamics in the Northeast Norumbian region would be altered with the Zacapine entry.
