Wanda Macedo (September 13th, 2229 - April 15th, 2331) was a Carinansian politician and aristocrat who served as the president of Carinansia for over two decades, and as vice president for four years immediately prior. Throughout her presidency, she codified much of the laws that sought to justify the Serene Revivalist dictatorship over Carinansia, and pursued a policy of domestic development, and opening the country to freedom of speech.

She grew up with older siblings Carlos, and Roberto, and younger siblings Diana, Nicolas, and Pablo, and attended the private Xiutecuhtli Carintecatl Academy from kindergarten through ninth grade. At age 15, she entered the São Lenoas Academy of Political Science, a private boarding school. In 2247, she enrolled at the [[Revolutionary College of Oligi]] for a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduating three years later, she began an internship as a speechwriter for the Ipudorm State government.
