===Climate===
According to Köppen climate classification, Loyola falls in the border between ''Cwa'' and ''Cfb'' although the latter could be the most accepted answer due that Martín de Loyola is not located in altitude.
The climate is characterized by the presence of four different seasons: Winter falls from December to February, and tends to be chilly, windy and clear. Sometimes at early in the morning, due to the wind it can freeze a bit.
Spring falls from March to May, and it is one of the rainiest seasons, with an average of around {{convert|112|mm|in}} of rainfall. Spring is mild in the afternoon and cool or chilly at night. Summer falls from June to August and it's the peak of the rainy season, with an average of {{convert|174|mm|in}} of rainfall, being July the rainiest month of the year (23.6 days of rainfall average). Summer is cool and sometimes warm due to the high humidity, but days above 30C or heatwaves are very rare.
Autumn falls from September to November and it's the season when the temperatures drop again and dry and clear consecutive days are back. Temperatures tend to be still not that chilly during the first weeks of the season.

The Republic of Martín de Loyola shortened as Martín de Loyola or Loyola, is a landlocked country in Central Europe, secessed from the United Kingdom after 2021 Berkshire Secession Act. Its divided into 104 civil parishes and 6 districts, and its capital is Ciudad de Martín de Loyola, formerly known as Sandhurst.

History

Martín de Loyola is established where it used to be the Berkshire county, in England. Disagreement with both weak British government and the royal family led the then county to demonstrations of secessionism. The British Parliament voted in favour of the Berkshire county secession passing the 2021 Berkshire Secession Act.

Open Cabildo

One week after the Act was passed, the then Berkshire county convoked an open cabildo to all the literate adult people, both men and women to debate agreements and disagreements on the Act and to discuss the "what-to-do" from then. With the consent of the British government, Berkshire open Cabildo decided to convoke a binding referendum, scheduled for February 28, 2021 at first but re-scheduled to March 7, 2021 due to Hovid-21 endemic.

Referendum

The referendum began at 7:15 am of March 7 2021, with the polls giving a clear favoritism to "secession". The process was given in absolutely peace, there was not any incident and there was the presence of international observers during the process and the final counting. A surprising very low turnout of five percent draw attention of both national and international media.

Should Berkshire county secceed from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and form a sovereign entity?
Choice Votes %
Referendum passed Secceed 39770 81.52

Total votes 48786 100.00

Aftermath of the referendum: Incidents with pro-Britain groups

The police imprisoned around 300 people, after serious incidents between pro-Britain and pro-seccession groups. The incidents were given mostly in Reading, Wokingham and the then named Sandhurst, now Ciudad de Martín de Loyola. The groups were trying to avoid the signing of the instrument that ratify the referendum results and the independence. In many cities, there were incidents involving far-right armed groups. The seccessionist were mostly Hispanic people with anti-Britain sentiments who wished a secular independent republic. They were represented by the young student Dante Isaías Bonetto.

Independence

Dante Isaías Bonetto, Margaret Maidenhead, Vladimir Johnson and other pro-seccession activists signed the declaration of Independence on March 14, 2021. There were still many minor incidents in Berkshire. That night, in the first speech to the new nation, Margaret Maidenhead renamed Berkshire as Martín de Loyola and convoked fresh elections to Prime Minister and President. Maidenhead declared that the new state would remain as part of the Commonwealth of Nations.
