Rafael Tokko (born August 26, 2036) is a Carinansian politician, engineer, soldier, who served as the 13th president of Carinansia. A member of the Union Socialist Party, he previously served as the Governor of East Kanju, National Senator for East Kanju, and as the President of the South Oikoian Union. He is the first president of solely Kangsuan origin.

Consequently, he was raised for most of his life in Carinansian foster homes, choosing to enlist in the Serene Air Force at 17. Over the next eight years, he participated in the Carinansian invasion of Faelauntz, involved in several aerial superiority missions throughout the conflict, and the Arcadian front of the Koelasian Wars.
