Stephen Carcan is a Delamarian politician and lawyer, who has served as a Senator from Bayland since 2018, after serving as Governor of the state from 2008 to 2016. He was the Liberal Party nominee for President in the 2016 Delamarian Presidential Election. He is a member of the Carcan family, which is an influential force in Liberal politics, and is the son of Bayland governor and one time presidential candidate, William Carcan, and grandson of Prime Minister Felix Carcan.
