Theodoran Spring (Greek: Ánoixi Theodórou), commonly known simply as The Spring (Greek: I Ánoixi) is a democratic socialist and anti-austerity party in Theodorous and the Parathalassias, where it currently leads a minority government. Its leader, Stefanos Androulakis, serves as the current Mesazon (head of government) of the nation.

In preparation for the 2024 Senate election, the party formed a coalition to contest the general constituency, called the Spring+ (Greek: ÁnoixiSyn), with other parties including the social-liberal Populares and the hard-left New Synaspismos.
