Tegguiaguiada officially the State of Tegguiaguiada is a country located in West Africa, in the Sahelian region, and considered by far one of the most arid countries in the world as well as one of the least developed. Most of its territory is covered by great extentions of dunes and mostly inhabited or inhabited by just a group of families. The touaregs, inhabitants of the country since many centuries ago, are the major ethnic group in the desert zones. Tegguiaguiada's capital and most populous city is Assondoutchi.
